Separation of Top Down and Bottom-Up Custom Metric Generator Reports

The UI’s to define custom metrics to be used in PACS reports were separate for analysts catering to Management (Top Down) reporting and Instrument (Bottom Up) reporting. The defined custom metrics as defined will now appear in separate canvases for Analytics as well.
