Multi-dimensional Balance Sheet Structure (MDBSS)

Refresh MDBSS when member and hierarchy of underlying dimension change.

MDBSS is constructed using members from multiple dimensions and hierarchies. Over course of time dimension values can change and same must be reflected in MDBSS. Feature to refresh MDBSS has been given on the summary user interface. Till now a scheduler batch had to be run to do this work.
