Precision of cash flow output

Results of CFE are available up to eleven decimal places.

The output of Cash Flow Engine was earlier rounded to eight decimal places. Now the outputs are not rounded to explicitly and delft to the database to handle automatically as per precision and scale of the column. All numeric output columns support scale of 11. Users may see some difference in CFE results after 8th decimal place in current release compared to prior version.
