Support for Modification of SLA Post Being 'Available for Publishing'

The service will now support user-modification of configured SLAs previously 'Available for Publishing' with fresh metadata from Financials Cloud and associated workflow to have them available for publishing again.

The enhancement will facilitate user-modification of SLAs over time beyond initial configuration.
