File Encryption

This feature enables secure, configurable file-level encryption and decryption across data ingestion (EDD), with and without control files in AFCS. It introduces admin-managed key handling, clear UI controls to define encryption behavior, and robust error handling. The design ensures consistent processing using an active key, while supporting future extensibility like key rotation and traceability.
