Case evidence, collaboration, and traceability
Case Flow supports the evidence and collaboration activities that make an investigation reviewable. Users can record comments, associate attachments, create and respond to Requests for Data, view and manage related cases, write narratives and review case audit history. Together, these capabilities provide the working record behind a case decision.
This feature is the case record that supports a defensible outcome. It brings together analyst thoughts, supporting artifacts, related work, requests for information, responses, and audit history of analyst and AI actions so that a reviewer can understand what happened and why. It is particularly important for quality assurance, management review, regulatory examination, and the orderly handoff of a case between users or teams.
