Custom Fields Addition
Oracle’s FCCM customer screening application now supports custom fields that can be added during Realtime and Batch screening.
Enhancing the screening process by supporting custom fields helps in effectiveness and completeness of screening.
Business benefits include customer profiling, risk identification, analyst assignment, due-date management, workflow automation, Risk-based decisioning, underwriting, and Regulatory compliance.
Additional custom fields are - company id, line of business id, key id (passport and other identification documents), activity classification, Application specific data and 314a eligibility flag. These can be viewed in ihub during case investigation.
