Addition of Pipeline Filters

Oracle’s FCCM customer screening application has been enhanced to support additional pipeline filters that can be used to filter specific customer data for screening.

Additional pipeline filters – PEP flag, 314A flag, Customer status and Activity classification. Key business benefits of adding these filters include Improved risk-based screening, Enhanced operational efficiency, Faster case prioritization, Targeted investigation and Improved customer segmentation.
