Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB) – Menu name change

The “Standardized IRRBB Shocks” menu has been renamed to “IRRBB Scenario Settings,” with added support for configuring prepayment scalars in Enhanced Approach scenarios to better reflect the UI’s purpose.

The new name better reflects the true purpose and functionality of the UI.
