Data Retention: Archival and purging of data as per cloud services policy

Data Retention enables users to apply policies to manage data lifecycle by archiving or deleting data based on configured retention criteria, and to monitor execution history. The policies are pre-defined as per the cloud services policy for production and non-production environments.
