Instrument loader mapping changes

Mapping of new columns in data model added to Instrument Loader. Two new columns ROLL_OVER_FLG and RECORD_COUNT have been added to stage and processing instrument tables. Corresponding data loader programs are also updated with their mapping.

The new columns are to support FTP and PFT functionalities.
