Ledger Migration enabled with data Source as Hierarchy

Standard processes can pick data directly from the selected table or pick data from the concerned tables based on selected node in a product hierarchy. FTP processing is considered complete only when instrument level charge/credits and rates are posted to selected management ledger. Posting to management ledger flow is now enabled with source as hierarchy.

Improves the reliability and visibility of hierarchy-based ledger migrations by allowing users to select target ledger table and posting ledger entries against it.
