Custom PLSQL: Analytics Access for Deployed Custom Views

When a Custom PLSQL archive is deployed successfully, custom database views in the archive are enabled for Analytics use. The deployment grants SELECT access to OFSAA_ANALYTICS_PUB, creates corresponding synonyms, and records or updates the view details in the Custom PLSQL Master table. Successfully deployed views are then available from the ANALYTICS_PUB schema in SQL Query Browser.

Makes approved custom views directly available for analytics reporting and dataset creation without manual post-deployment access setup.
