Data File Specification: Filler Columns

Data File Specification now supports user-defined Filler Columns with a name, data type, optional expression, and optional default value. The column selection experience also supports filtering by domain and bulk template handling.

Reduces file-preparation effort and gives ability to perform simple transformation during data movement from File-to-Stage.
