Tenant DB Dashboard: Extended Table Categorization

Tenant DB Dashboard table categorization has been extended to support additional seeded categories, including archival classification, alongside logs, temporary, lookup, audit, staging, processing, dimension, result, reference, and assumption categories.

Improves visibility of tenant database storage and enables dynamically created tables to be included in ongoing capacity monitoring.
