PBSM Automate: AutoObjectStore Command-Line Utility

Introduced the AutoObjectStore command-line utility for automating object-store and selected application operations. The utility supports file upload, download, deletion, and PAR URL generation; batch execution and status monitoring; data-file loading; application as-of-date retrieval and updates; properties-file creation; and data-export manifest retrieval.

Enables repeatable, scriptable administration and data operations, reducing manual effort for common object-store and application tasks.
