SQL Query Studio

Introduced SQL Query Studio (SQS), an in-application SQL browsing and query execution experience for authorized SaaS users without direct database access. Users can write and execute SQL, browse accessible tables, views, and synonyms, select schemas, load object and column metadata on demand, view row-limited results, copy or export results when authorized, generate explain plans, and configure browser-based preferences. Screen and action access is controlled by AAI functions and roles, while database grants remain the source of truth for database access.

Provides controlled, read-oriented access to data through the application while preserving database-grant-based security and reducing the need for direct database access.
