Churn Prediction Model
The Churn prediction model is trained on a high-quality banking dataset, with the aim of enabling better decision-making to accurately identify customers at risk of attrition enables the bank to implement timely and targeted retention strategies.
This includes two UI, one is “ML Model Properties” to view and manage configuration properties associated with the machine learning model. The other is “Churn Model Predictions” where user can view the customer-level churn prediction results generated by the model.
Improves the accuracy of customer churn prediction.
