Redwood Experience for Absence Entry
The absence entry page for Generic, Illness and Injury, and Childbirth/Placement type absences was re-created using the Redwood tool set available in Oracle Visual Builder Studio to improve the user experience by providing the same consistent functionality across Redwood pages.
New Absence Redwood page
Here’s how you use the Redwood page for absence entry:
- On the Home page, click Me.
- Click Time and Absences.
- Click the Add Absence tile.
NOTE: Absences now uses workersAssignmentLOV to display active assignments as of the current system date. When entering an absence, you'll only see the business titles that are effective as of the entry dates. The LOV will no longer show future dated assignments or future inactive assignments.
The new Redwood page for absence entry lets you experience Redwood’s high-fidelity interactions.
