One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Limit Journey Task Expiry Duration

You can now set the expiry duration of a journey task on the task setup page to a maximum of 365 days. The duration is 1 to 365 days. If you exceed the number 365, validation is enforced and you receive a validation error in the Expire field.
