Use additional information added to:
Legislative section:
- EU Code: Origin of the employee being either France, European Union, European Economic Area or Rest of the World. The combination of the INSEE and EU codes define the country of origin of the employee, used in DSN reporting. These codes are to be populated based on the address of the employee
- Type of Employment: Identifies if the person has a single employer or multiple employers
- Number of Dependents for Court Orders
Contract Information: Diploma Level Pursued: Stores the diploma levels to be reported in the DSN for apprenticeship contracts.
- Navigate to Client Groups> Manage Common Lookup.
- Select the Lookup Type as 'ORA_HRX_FR_DSN_HIGH_EDU_LEVEL'.
- In the ORA_HRX_FR_DSN_HIGH_EDU_LEVEL: Lookup Codes section, view the lookup codes for the education levels:
- 07: 5 years of training after baccalaureate: master 2, diploma of in-depth studies, diploma of specialized higher studies, engineering degree, etc.
- 08: 8 years of training after baccalaureate: doctorate, authorization to direct research, and others
- 03: Training level equivalent to CAP (certificat d'aptitude professionnelle) or BEP (brevet d'etudes professionnelles)
- Click Save and Close.

- Main assignment: This information will be used in case of multiple assignments. The main assignment will be used to drive payroll calculations.
