New Subject Area - Assignment Action Occurrence Real Time
The new subject area Workforce Management - Assignment Action Occurrence Real Time allows you to report on all HR Actions and reasons associated with the worker events. This includes all of the events that can be reported using the Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time and in addition, the events like Cancel Work Relationship and Reverse Terminations.
This Subject area will also allow to report on Action Occurrence EFF (PER_ACTION_OCC_EIT_EFF)
Cancel Work Relationship and Reverse Terminations deletes the person record from Assignments table. Hence reporting on this using the Action Occurrence table is a value addition.
Steps to Enable
Leverage new subject area(s) by adding to existing reports or using in new reports. For details about creating and editing reports, see the Creating and Administering Analytics and Reports book (available from the Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Administration).
Tips And Considerations
- This subject area will only capture actions related to assignment only, other actions related to non-core HR modules (Comp, Benefits…etc.) are not supported.
- Not able to report on Pending Workers as they do not have primary work relationship.
- Worker dimension queries with action occurrence will only fetch the primary assignment details of a worker, where as a dimension only query on worker will fetch all the assignment details.
