View All Capability Privilege and Privilege Name Updates for Communicate Campaigns

Become a super user with the new Manage All HCM Communicate Campaigns security privilege. As a campaign administrator, with this privilege, you can view and manage all campaigns, even if you’re not the owner or not a member of the communication team.

Tips And Considerations

As part of this feature, these existing privileges were also updated:

1. View Recruitment Campaign functional privilege is now an aggregate privilege.
2. Manage Employee Campaigns privilege is now named Manage HCM Communicate Campaigns.
3. Configure Employee Campaigns privilege is now named Configure HCM Communicate Campaigns.

Access Requirements

All roles currently using these privileges are unaffected. If you define a new custom role, ensure you use the renamed privileges.
