Award Programs
You can now create award programs and send awards to appreciate the achievements of your employees.
You use the Recognition and Award Programs page to create and manage such programs.
Recognition and Award Programs Page
To enable awards, you need to create at least one award program. You need the Workforce Recognition and Award Program Administrator job role to configure program settings.
Click Navigator > My Client Groups >Show More> Configure Programs under Celebrate to access the Recognition and Award Programs page.
Award programs have a start and an end date. These programs use points, core values, and a set of images. Like recognitions, awards come with reward points. When you award a person, you can send up to 50 points.
You can also send other rewards that employees can redeem outside of the application. You can provide instructions on how the employee can redeem the award. For example, you can give instructions on how to reimburse the dinner bill for a team award.
You can add program owners so that the program applies to everyone in the owner’s organization.
After you create the award programs, managers can send awards from their dashboards.
Employees can use the Oracle Celebrate work area to view all the recognitions and awards happening in your organization.
Click Navigator > Me >Show More > Celebrate under the Celebrate category to access this work area.
Celebrate Work Area
Employees can react to the award by liking it. Select the award to see the complete details and others’ comments on the award. You can react to comments and respond.
Award programs help organizations to acknowledge, reward, and celebrate the contributions and achievements of its workers.
Steps to Enable
Click Navigator > My Client Groups >Show More> Configure Programs under Celebrate to create award programs.
