AI-Powered Recognition Message Enhancement

You can use AI Assist to help you in writing the message for a recognition. The AI tool considers the name of the person that you are recognizing, the core values you have selected, and the draft message you have entered to provide a revised version of the headline and congratulatory message. 

This enhancement lets you take advantage of the Generative AI features to simplify the recognition process.

Steps to Enable

Prerequisites

  1. Ensure that you have access to extend Oracle Cloud Applications with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio). 

  2. Use this document to set up VB Studio so that your users can work with Oracle Cloud Applications in an extension. 

Here's how you enable AI Assist:

  1. Navigator > Me > Show More > Celebrate.  
  2. Click the Settings and Actions menu in the upper-right corner and click Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.
  3. Select the Properties tab.
  4. Select the Constants (5) tab.  
  5. Click SHOW_AI_ASSIST. 
  6. Select the Value check box. 
  7. Click the Publish button. After you publish, click the Let the person know how much you value their effort box, then click AI Assist.

Tips And Considerations

The Generative AI features are currently available to customers hosted in the US and Canada data center regions. Refer to the Fusion Generative AI Data Center Region Availability document for more information about the specific data center regions where the features are available.
