Allow Candidates to Withdraw and Reapply

If you've activated the setting to allow candidates to reapply to applications they've previously withdrawn from, there is a new message that displays that looks similar to the following example.

Similarly, if you've not activated this setting, a different message displays.

This feature lets users know whether they're able to reapply to job applications at a later time.

Steps to Enable

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  2. Expand the Recruiting Management section and click Edit.
  3. Select Allow Withdrawn Candidate to Reapply if you want candidates to be able to reapply to jobs, or clear the check box if you don't.
  4. Click Save.

Tips And Considerations

Candidates can use this feature for any application that they've withdrawn from that has not yet reached the Offer phase.
