Issue P45 when Final Pay In or After Termination Period
You can set the P45 Action to issue when the final pay is in or after the period of termination. The application will issue a P45 if either latest payroll process effective date or the period end date is after the termination date. There's no change in processing when the P45 Action is set to other values such as Do Not Issue or Manual Issue. Here are the changes to the P45 Action:

Issue when final pay in previous period |
Generates a P45, provided that a payroll has run successfully. |
You can use the enhanced P45 process to issue a P45 when final pay is in or after the period of termination, instead of the prior issue when final pay was on or after actual termination.
