Payroll Data Validation Report
You will find it quicker to validate the data using the Payroll Data Validation report to identify any missing data prior to processing the payroll.
The report consists of two regions:
- Tax reporting unit data validation area displays the data for the income tax, provident fund, and professional tax.
- Employee level data validation area includes the data from payroll, employee and calculation card information.
To view the Payroll Data validation report:
- From the home page, navigate to My client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow.
- Select the legislative data group.
- Select Run Payroll Data Validation Report.
The report is generated as an excel spreadsheet, which includes the employee data that doesn't pass the validation criteria.
