Enhanced Internal Candidate Experience Skill

In addition to the features available with the enhanced internal Candidate Experience skill, ICE V2, candidates can now view job recommendations based on their resume, when you use Recruiting Booster. 

When searching for jobs, candidates can click the Match Jobs Using Resume button to search based on their resume. Oracle Recruiting Assistant asks for the candidate's resume and shows relevant jobs based on the skills and job titles in the resume.

These enhancements make it easier and quicker for candidates to search for jobs based on the job titles in the resume and find matching opportunities aligned with their career interests.

Steps to Enable

You need to complete these prerequisites to take advantage of this feature in ICE V2:

  1. In HCM Experience Design Studio, configure the Digital Assistant to enable sharing attachments in the chat window. 
  2. Enable the profile import partner service and configure resume parser.

Configure the Digital Assistant to Share Attachments

  1. Enable a sandbox and then edit your pages at the site level.
  2. Go to My Client Groups > Quick Actions > HCM Experience Design Studio.
  3. Click Digital Assistant Configuration from the side menu.
  4. From the Digital Assistant list, select the application for which you want to configure the chat widget.
  5. In the Features and Functionality Configuration section, select the Share attachment in chat window check box.

Resume Parser Configuration

  1. Search for the Recruiting Category Provisioning and Configuration task in the Setup and Maintenance work area under the Recruiting and Candidate Experience offering.
  2. On the Category Provisioning and Configuration page, scroll down to the Profile Imports section, and click the Edit icon.
  3. On the Profile Import Partners page, make the Textkernel row active.
  4. Click Save.
