Redwood - AI Assistance in Goal Creation

Leverage the power of artificial intelligence to create effective and relevant performance and development goals. To use this feature, managers or workers can type a clear goal name and then click the Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assist button. The application automatically generates the goal details based on the goal name you entered.

After you’ve specified all details, you can add the goal to the currently selected goal plan or your development plan.

Steps to Enable

To enable Redwood Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.

The button to use AI assistance isn’t enabled by default. Your administrator needs to make this button visible using Visual Builder Studio. For more information on using Visual Builder Studio, see the Overview of Using Visual Builder Studio topic on Oracle Help Center.

Tips And Considerations

  • The goal description and success criteria fields need to be visible for these details to be populated by AI assistance.
  • The Generative AI features are currently available to customers hosted in the US and Canada data center regions. Refer to the Fusion Generative AI Data Center Region Availability document for more information about the specific data center regions where the features are available.
