Best-Fit in Redwood Experience for Talent Pools
Enhance your Redwood Talent Pool experience by using the Best-Fit feature to add pool members. Note that the Best-Fit feature is available only when you edit a talent pool. You can't use this feature when creating a talent pool.
Add Pool Members Using Best-Fit
Here’s how you do this:
- In the Members section of the talent pool page, click Add Using Best-Fit.
- Select the model profile that you want to use and click Continue.
- On the Find Best Fit Person page, specify the criteria and click Find Best Fit.
- Adjust the overall fit percentage and refresh the results shown.
- Select the persons you want to add and click OK.

NOTE: The Find Best Fit Person page isn’t Redwood redesigned.
Use the Best-Fit feature and add appropriate members to your organization’s talent pools.
Steps to Enable
To view the Redwood redesigned talent pool pages, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

Tips And Considerations

The privileges assigned to your role determine if you can use the Best-Fit feature.
- Your administrator can use Visual Builder Studio to hide the Add Using Best-Fit button on the talent pool page if your organization doesn’t want to use the Best-Fit feature.
