Redwood Performance Document Enhancements

Take advantage of additional performance document features in the Redwood user experience previously available in the responsive design.

Submit and View Details of the Approval in the Performance Document

Managers can navigate to a Redwood performance document where the current task requires submitting for approval and submit the performance document for approval. If the approval is already submitted, they can also view this in the performance document.

Tips And Considerations

  • The approval follows the HCM approval framework.
  • Print options are not available if the manager uses the Print action under Actions on the manager's Evaluate Performance page or the employee's Performance Spotlight page. A PDF is created with all the same information available in the online performance document.
