Enhanced Team Change Requests Page
As a line manager or time and labor manager, you can now review and approve change requests from the new Redwood Team Change Requests page.
Redwood Team Change Requests Page
You can search for requests by person name or number. And you can filter the results by your manager hierarchy (if you're a line manager) or groups (if you're a time and labor manager), change request date, and change request status. By default, the page shows you all change requests submitted by the people you're responsible for.
Redwood Team Change Requests Showing the Status Drop-Down List
The new Redwood page includes these columns:
- Status (possible values are Submitted, Approved, Rejected, In Error, and Canceled)
- Employee (name)
- Person Number (hidden column)
- Request Date
- Request Type
- Applies To
- Request Attribute
- Current value
- Requested Value
The row-level View action opens the Change request details panel drawer where you can see the worker name and change request date. You can see the change request details, such as whether it's an entry to be added, deleted, or updated. You can also see the entry or event information and the name of the updated attribute with the current and requested values. And you can see the approval flow, including who submitted the change request, when, who the approver is, and when they approved the change request.

If you're the approver, you can approve and reject a change request from the drawer. And you can select and approve or reject one or more change requests on the Redwood Team Change Requests page. You need to select at least one change request before the buttons are available.

When a change request contains several changes, such as an attribute update and a start time change, the request type is Multiple changes. You can review the details about the changes in the Change request details drawer.
