Steps to Enable
The Redwood version of the Review Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates Overview page was available with update 23C. The detail pages use the same profile option.
- If you already enabled the overview page, you don't need to do anything else.
- If you haven't yet enabled the page, review the What's New for 23C feature: Redwood Experience for Review Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates Overview Page.
Tips And Considerations
- When exporting assignments, you only get the assignments loaded to your page. You may need to scroll before exporting, to load the complete results list.
- The page doesn't yet support the following:
- Guided Journeys
- Nudges
- Filters for assignments (though you can search by name, person number, and assignment number)
- Here are a few key differences between the classic pages and the new pages
- We added Current Grade Code and Proposed Grade Code. Previously you had only grade names.
- The Undo action is renamed to Undo Reject for clarity.
- On the old page, you could act (Accept, Reject, Undo) on a single line, or use the toolbar buttons to Accept or Reject one or more rows. The new page has a consistent approach. You select the row and use the toolbar buttons to act on one or more rows.
- We removed the intrusive warning message when using the toolbar buttons to Reject or Undo because these actions are easy to reverse. We improved the warning message when using the toolbar button to Accept because this action can't be reversed.
