Tips And Considerations
- From this release, to view the Redwood redesigned Talent Review Templates overview page that you access from My Client Groups, the Redwood Talent Review Setup Enabled (ORA_HRR_TALENT_REVIEW_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED) profile option needs to be enabled. Note that you can't view the Redwood redesigned Talent Review Templates overview page from the Setup and Maintenance work area.
- Note that these fields and features are currently not supported in this Redwood version of the Talent Review Meeting configuration.
- Add by Analysis
- Searching by manager name, searching for directs and indirect reports based on the manager entered in the review population search criteria.
-
Searching by reporting relationship in the review population search criteria. Although manger matrix is still supported, you’ll need to search for the dotted line workers individually instead of using the Reporting Relationship search criteria.
- Searching by management level in the review population search criteria.
