Redwood - Succession Organization Chart Enhancements
In the Succession Organization Chart, you can now navigate to the Redwood version of the Create Succession Plan and Add to Succession Plan pages, making a consistent user experience with other Redwood pages and flows. To view this page, go to My Client Groups > Succession Plans and click View Succession Organization Chart or go to My Team > Quick Actions > Succession Organization Chart.
Succession Organization Chart
From the Succession Organization Chart page, you can search for the person whose succession chart you want to see. From there, click the Actions menu to select one of these actions:
- Create Succession Plan
- Add to Succession Plan
On the New Succession Plan page, you can perform these actions:

Add plan information

View incumbents

Add candidates
-
Add owners
-
Enable alerts to send when candidates move roles

On the Add to Succession Plan page, you can do these actions:
- Select a plan

Steps to Enable
To view these Redwood redesigned Succession pages, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

Tips And Considerations
- If either Best-Fit or Suggested Successor is enabled, you can now use these features when you drill down to the plan details page from the Succession Plans or Candidate in Plans tabs in the succession organization chart.
- When you click the name of the succession plan on the Succession Plans or Candidate in Plans tabs in the succession organization chart, the Redwood version of the Succession Plans will now appear.
