Redwood - Measurable Tasks for Performance Goals
Use measurable goal tasks in the Redwood Goal Center to measure your progress toward the accomplishment of a goal.
You can see the This is a measurable task switch when you create or edit a performance goal task. You can enter the following information for measurable tasks of performance goals:
- Unit of measure
- Target criteria
- Target value
Tasks Section
You can add measurements for each goal task. You can also add measures for a goal. If you need to add only a single measurement, add the measurement attributes at the goal level. If you need to add multiple measurements, then create multiple tasks and add the measurement attributes at the task level.
Add measurements to goal tasks and easily track your goal progress.
Steps to Enable
The button to add tasks isn’t enabled by default. Use Visual Builder Studio to show the Tasks button and to use measurable tasks. For more information on using Visual Builder Studio, see the Overview of Using Visual Builder Studio topic on Oracle Help Center.
Tips And Considerations
- Measurable tasks replace multiple measurements that was available in responsive Goal Management.
- You can add new measurements only in the Tasks section. Note that you can mark a goal as a measurable goal with single measurement data like unit of measure, target value, target criteria, actual value, and achieved weight.
- You can view, update, and delete the measurements that were added in responsive Goal Management in the Measurements section.
- You can generate reports about the measurements that were added to goals in responsive Goal Management.
