New Subject Area - Workforce Schedule Real Time
Augment your reporting on workforce scheduling with the new subject area Workforce Schedule Real Time that allows you to report on workforce schedules and shift details.
As part of the advanced scheduling solution, schedules are generated. The administrator or manager should be able to build reports on schedule object through OTBI with the new subject area. For example, the report could be the schedule and shift details for particular worker or group of workers for a quarter.
The following key metrics are available and can be aggregated for reporting by various common dimensions like business unit, department, location etc.
- Number of Workers Scheduled
- Scheduled Hours
The schedule details include schedule identifier, start and end dates, status, self scheduling open and close dates, notes and so on.
The shift details include shift type, name, shift date, schedule group, job family, and so on.

Steps to Enable
Leverage new subject area(s) by adding to existing reports or using in new reports. For details about creating and editing reports, see the Creating and Administering Analytics and Reports book (available from the Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Administration).
Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or salesperson to uptake this product because Workforce Scheduling product has additional licensing requirements.
