Approval Comments Entry on Absence Planning

Managers can now enter a comment when approving or rejecting a single or multiple absence requests from the Absence Planning Redwood page. The approver comment is passed to the BPM Approval Tasks for the newly created and submitted absences, and are seen in the notification sent to the approver.

Line managers can now enter a comment when approving or rejecting a single or multiple absence requests from the Absence Planning page.

Steps to Enable

You need to use Visual Builder studio and configure the two options below to enable this feature:

• Enable Approver Comments : When you set it to true, the application shows the comments field and entry is optional.
• Mandate Approver Comments : When you set it to true, the application shows the comments field and mandates it.
