Hide Info to Include Step in the Redwood Employment Processes

You can now hide the Info to Include step (known as the questionnaire page in responsive pages) in these Redwood employment processes using the Show Info to Include Section page property in Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Hiding the step will simplify and streamline employment processes for line managers and HR Specialists.

Steps to Enable

You need to repeat these steps for each process for which you want to hide the step. Let's look at the steps to hide the Info to Include step in the Promote process.

  1. Navigate to the Info to Include step in the Promote process.
  2. Select the Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio task in the Settings and Actions menu.
  3. Navigate to the Page Properties section.
  4. Locate the Show Info to Include Section property and select No in the list to hide the step.

Tips And Considerations

This table explains the difference in display behavior between Transaction Design Studio and Business Rules, when a section is not marked as required and the Questionnaire or Info to include step is hidden.
