Redwood Experience For Cancel Work Relationship Page
Enrich the user experience by using the Redwood Cancel Work Relationship page to cancel a work relationship for a worker. This page is available for HR Specialists from the My Client Groups tab.
These enhancements are delivered as part of this feature and are available only in the Redwood Cancel Work Relationship page.
- Ability to record extra info while canceling a work relationship -
-
You can now select the action and action reason for canceling the work relationship. You can now configure multiple actions as a part of the Cancel Work Relationship action type.
-
Additionally, the action occurrence extensible flexfield (EFF) is added in the Additional info section so that you can store extra information while canceling a work relationship. This section is only shown when the pages are created for action occurrences EFF. The Info Group LOV displays all pages created for the action occurrence extensible flexfield (EFF).

Ability to reverse terminate pending worker work relationship - You can automatically reverse terminate the pending worker work relationship when canceling the work relationship of an employee or contingent worker who was previously a pending worker. Use the Reverse Terminate Pending Worker When Employee or Contingent work relationship is cancelled (ORA_PER_EMPL_REV_TERM_PWK_WHEN_CANCEL_WR) profile option to do this. The default value for the profile option is No.
-
Ability to reassign different types of direct reports at the same time when canceling a work relationship -
-
If a manager has more than one direct report and all direct reports have the same relationship start date, then the Reassign Direct Reports button is automatically displayed so that you can reassign all reports at the same time.
-
If the direct reports have a different relationship start date, then you need to reassign the reports using the Change Manager button.
-
If a direct report is a pending worker, then you need to reassign the worker using the Edit Pending Worker button.
-
The relationship start date isn't defaulted while changing the manager or reassigning direct reports. You need to use the relationship start date displayed on the Cancel Work Relationship page during these transactions.
-
If the person is a line manager in the offer assignment, then the cancel can't be completed unless that association is removed.
