Additional Information for Collective Agreement Grade

A new field is available at assignment level (legislative information) to store a collective agreement grade.

If an information is present in this field, it can be used to store a company grade and a collective agreement grade

This field if for information only: compensation will still use the grade information displayed at assignment level.

You can now register one grade for compensation, and a collective agreement grade for reporting purposes when your company uses two sets of grades.

Steps to Enable

To enable this feature, you will need to define your collective agreement grade in the lookup ORA_HRX_FR_CAGR_GRADE: Collective Agreement Grade.
