Discontinue Support for Users Without a Person Record on Redwood Journey Template Pages from Update 24D

Starting with update 24D, only users who have their user accounts associated with a person record can be selected from the Performer Name and Owner Name list of values (LoV). You will notice this behavior when you configure the user as a journey task performer or owner on the Redwood Journeys Template pages. This is part of the redesign of the Journeys Template pages in update 24D.

This change was made to ensure that these conditions are met:

  • Only valid users with person records are available in the LoV.

  • Better LoV performance.

  • Sensitive data like username are not displayed in the LoV.

  • Compliance to security policies in the organization.

  • Consistent and better usability when selecting a user. For example, details such as, first name, last name, person number, and email address will be displayed.
