Associate Skills and Qualifications with Career Development Journey Templates

We have enhanced journey templates so that users can associate skills and qualifications with journey templates when they configure career development journeys.

Associate Skills and Qualifications

Select the Content to Associate

The contents are displayed only if it meets the following conditions:

• The content section has Journey Outcomes configured as one of the subscribers.

• The user has access to the content section.

Add the Specific Item for the Selected Content

List of Contents and Items Added

The Checklist Templates setup page is not specific to any person. Therefore, it's recommended that you only fill the mandatory attributes for each of the content items that you add.

Note: In a future release, these associations will be leveraged to recommend journeys to fulfill gaps in the skills and qualifications of the worker's talent profile.

You can associate the journey with a skill or a qualification defined within Talent Management.

Tips And Considerations

• The Relationships tab is displayed only for journey templates of category Career Development.

• Currently, only Grow is available as the Relationship Usage value.
