Simplified V3 Seniority Dates in Redwood Employment Update Processes

You can now view only these fields out-of-the-box in the V3 Seniority dates read-only step in Redwood employment processes: Seniority Attribute Value, Length of Service, and Seniority Date. This change is available in these Redwood employment flows:

• Change Location

• Change Manager

• Change Working Hours

• Correct Employment

• Correct Termination

• Promote

• Promote and Change Position

• Resign from Employment

• Reverse Terminate

• Terminate Employment

• Transfer

• View Resignation

• View Termination

• Withdraw Resignation

Seniority Dates step in Promote process

The other fields in this step are hidden and can be displayed using Business Rules.

This feature makes the Redwood version of these processes on par with the responsive version.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

• If you're using any business rules for the seniority dates step, then you need to reapply them.
