Interactions with Hiring Team Members and Agents

When you create reports, you can differentiate the interactions sent to candidates, hiring team members, and agents.

The Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area has new fields in the Job Application - Interaction Note dimension:

• Interaction Subject
• With Agent Indicator
• With Agent Indicator Code
• With Hiring Team Indicator
• With Hiring Team Indicator Code

With this enhancement, you can easily report on the recipient type in interactions.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Note that not all communications are saving the subject in the database. There are cases for hiring team and agent interactions where the subject is empty in OTBI, even if the communication had one when it was sent.
