Inline Assessment for Internal Job Applications

Use the new question "When do you want internal candidates to take the assessment?" available in the Assessments section in the Screening Services tab of the job requisition and job requisition template. The question is displayed under the User Account Description field. By default, the radio button selections are greyed out and "While applying for the job" value is preselected.

When you click the Add button to add a package for the internal job application, the radio button selections are enabled and you can change the selection.

This feature offers users the flexibility to select the timing of assessments for internal candidates at the job requisition level.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

This feature is available only when you enable the Redwood Experience.

The question is shown only when the partner supports inline assessments and has enabled it during the partner enablement setup (Setup and Maintenance work area > Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management > Recruiting Category Enablement).
