Redwood: Secure Goal Actions Using Privileges
You can now control the performance and development goal actions that are available to specific roles by assigning relevant privileges to that role. Note that persons who have custom roles won’t see the goal actions by default. They can see the goal actions only after appropriate privileges are assigned to their roles.
This table lists the privileges that control performance goal actions.

Note: The privileges for the delete and cancel actions and the goal plan settings that allow workers and managers to delete or cancel HR-assigned goals determine if these actions will be available to the users. So, managers and employees will be able to cancel or delete HR-assigned goals only if they have the privilege to do so and the corresponding goal plan settings are enabled.
This table lists the privileges that control development goal actions.
