Redwood: Secure Goal Actions Using Privileges

You can now control the performance and development goal actions that are available to specific roles by assigning relevant privileges to that role. Note that persons who have custom roles won’t see the goal actions by default. They can see the goal actions only after appropriate privileges are assigned to their roles.

This table lists the privileges that control performance goal actions.
