Dynamic Skills Chip Displayed For Redwood Check-in Discussion Topics
Employees and managers can now leverage the skill chip that displays in discussion topics in a Redwood Performance or Touchpoints check-ins to get additional details for a Dynamic Skill added from Skills Center.
After adding a skill as a discussion topic, employees can rate the skill and view or invite endorsements from others.

Employee Requests for Endorsement
When managers click the skill chip, they can rate the skill and view or invite endorsements for the employee on that skill. If it’s a skill they've endorsed, they have the option to remove the endorsement.
Manager Can Update Ratings and Endorsement
This feature enables managers and employees to have meaningful discussions using information about a skills rating and endorsements in their check-in discussion.
Steps to Enable
You need to configure the profile options in the following table.

NOTE: As Performance Documents , Check-in, and Goals Center are closely connected, in Redwood you can enable or disable these pages using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.
