New Subject Area for Scheduling - Schedule Coverage Real Time

You can now use the subject area Workforce Scheduling - Schedule Coverage Real Time to view real time information on schedule coverage. This subject area provides information to ensure proper staffing coverage for each shift. Schedule Coverage Variance provides the difference between the Workload requirement and the actual amount scheduled.

This subject area is necessary to drive the organization's preparedness for scheduling gaps and surpluses for upcoming schedules.

Steps to Enable

Leverage new subject area(s) by adding to existing reports or using in new reports. For details about creating and editing reports, see the Creating and Administering Analytics and Reports book (available from the Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Administration).
